Terms and Conditions - the basics
That being said, the Terms and Conditions ("T&C") are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this foundation. The T&C sets out the legal boundaries governing the activities of the beneficiaries of the foundation, while they benefit from the services offered. The T&C aims to establish the legal relationship between the beneficiaries and the foundation.
What to include in the Terms and Conditions document
In general, Terms and Conditions often address these types of issues: who can benefit from the foundation's services; the accepted methods of donation; a statement that the foundation may change its offering in the future; the types of guarantees the foundation offers its beneficiaries; a reference to intellectual property or copyright issues, where relevant; the foundation's right to suspend or cancel aid to a beneficiary; and much more.
